A good homeremedy for constipation focuses on the following details:
- The underlying cause of the constipation
- What makes it worse, what heals it
- How much feelings play into the matter
Women, by nature, suffer more with constipation than men. We are more sensitive emotionally and anything that upsets up emotionally trickles down to affect our gut. Here is my tried and true remedy for constipation:
- First, start cleaning out your colon by taking 6 Spirulina Capsules
with one large glass of water on an empty stomach in the morning.
- At lunch, drink one cup of

capsules and eat one large apple for its soluble (pectin) fiber content. Try to eat a raw salad for lunch, include raw carrots, cucumbers, etc.
