my daughter just had surgery about 6 days ago and she is unable to eat due to I think depression. after she woke up she had tubes connected to her that she did not anticipate. what can I do to help her through this, she is going to be 19 years old this month if that helps. she doesn’t have any weight to lose, she is already under weight,. I am so worried, no one has been able to think of anything to help.
make something that smells really good and is easy on the stomach maybe homemade chicken noodle soup
I suggest that you talk to the person and seriously consider taking them to see a therapist and a psychiatrist as this is highly abnormal. The person may be extremely depressed or struggling with an eating disorder and needs professional help.
