thats normal hun, ur lucky cos u get tired and weak and nothing else…others can loose it, they become very sad, cry for no reason, wanting to smash everything around you, shouting at the first person who talks to you any in worse cases, some women think of suicide! thats whats called PMS its really really horrible, so i hope that you will stick to getting tired and weak and thats that ! g luck
that is part of it, no fun, huh ?
thats normal i feel deppressed and stressed out before i get mine so i wouldn’t worry to much about it.
thats the way it is lol eat chocolate …
is normal, don’t worry
your body loses certain minerals that give you energy so drinking energy drinks can help immensely at this time like v energy drink which contains gurana or Gatorade for long sustained energy
Because its normal to feel this way – you feel lazy and tired all the time during those few days, the reason is because women get the before pains of period to warn them before it comes and everybody deals differntly with this. Try chamolmile tea each night before you sleep – it is soothing.
The technical reasons would take a book. Just take B complex and Iron daily with a Multi vitamin and your energy levels will be much better . This is daily not just for a day or two.
Take vitamins. :D:D
I feel that too, must be the whole “losing blood” thing.
I usually find myself feeling really groggy/tired during the first few days too. Since your body is going through its monthly cycle, be sure to eat those veggies and drink lots of water. Potatos help your body retain water and all the startch in them will help with those fatty cravings (unless you wanna pig out on icecream, then go for it 😀 )
I have the same symptoms. I started gettting them after I turned 30. I am now 36 years old and they get worse every year. I get migraines about 3 days before the start of my period. Also lower back pains and I just feel lazy and tired. Its all normal. I’m scared to know what will be going on with my body when I hit 40. lol
