PMS, girl! No biggie. ๐Ÿ˜€

HO

hormones

HO

Hormones. Really, you can talk to your doctor, and they can prescribe something for you.

PR

prob the natural chemicals in ur body changing levels- hormones-
u can talk to ur dr if it is botherin u that much
or there is also St.John’s Wort (a natural anti-depressant)

IT

It’s probably HORMONES! You should talk to your doctor! There’s treatment options! ๐Ÿ™‚ Good luck! ๐Ÿ™‚

I

I don’t think so.it’s hormones. Your progesterone level climbs high the week before your period.thats what causes the PMS symptoms. Try taking the low dose birth control pill if you can…it helped regulate it for me.

NO

No, I am an OBGYN and food had nothing to do with calming you hormones. Your get cravings for it but when you eat it, it does NOT supress your emotions. That is a rumor and is not true.

PO

Poor eating habits may be affecting your mood somewhat but it is most likely due to the hormonal changes you experience while your menstruating.

That depends on what your eating. If you’re eating unhealthy food .. it doesn’t matter what time of the month is, you’ll feel like the food you eat … unhealthy.
If you are eating properly, it may be that you suffer from PMS … which would explain your mood. If you don’t have an OB/GYN as yet, I’d advise you to seek one … as they may be able to alleviate some of your symptoms. Wishin’ you well … ๐Ÿ™‚
BTW: Lodacho … just an observation, but, you claim to be an OB/GYN, yet, in one of your previous questions … you complain that your parents are preventing you from obtaining a driver’s licence, because your “talking back” … hmmmm, interesting … to say the least. ๐Ÿ™

TH

those are some of the effects of PMS.
