Average weight for a teenage girl?

what is an average weight for a teenage girl who is 14 5’4″ and has a medium bone structure. also involved in soccer, snowboarding, horseback riding, and hiking?

Generally weight for females is supposed to be 100 lbs at 5 feet and then 5 lbs for every inch after that. However, your weight does also depend on your bone structure and the amount of muscle you have. If you go to Google and type in “healthy weight calculator” you will get several different sites that can calculate a healthy weight for you and take into account physical activity and bone structure. Some also do your body mass index, and can tell you if you’re underweight, normal weight, overweight, or obese. Good luck!

it would be like 120-130

For a person that is 5’4″ usually between 120 and 130 pounds, but with all of your activities it’s likely that you’ll be a little heavier because you’ll have more muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat.

around 40 kg should be good enough…

about 110-130 lbs.

it depends how toned you are..
i know a girl that is 5″ and 160 pounds and she’s fit.
i see other girls that are 5″ and 160 and they’re fat.
average, if you dont work out or anything, 5″4 , you should be 115- 120 imo.

like 100lb to 105lb
im 15
5’7″ and i weigh 115lb
im NOT at all anorexic either cause i eat all the time
the avg american women is 5′ 4″ and weighs 140lb
which is the avg american model is 5′ 11″ at 117lb
and well. models are suppose to be 15lb lighter because they say that cameras add 15 more lb
but lets face it.. the avg american women is seriously
over weight..
that wasn’t suppose to be mean of anything.. btw
i guess i have a fast metabolism or something
but if you do A LOT of sports or activities.. like you do
shoud should be pretty light and in shape
unless you have some muscles which would add to the weight
well. it also depends on your bone structure..
