Generally weight for females is supposed to be 100 lbs at 5 feet and then 5 lbs for every inch after that. However, your weight does also depend on your bone structure and the amount of muscle you have. If you go to Google and type in “healthy weight calculator” you will get several different sites that can calculate a healthy weight for you and take into account physical activity and bone structure. shoud should be pretty light and in shape
unless you have some muscles which would add to the weight
