Are you supposed to sleep with bras on?

Answers:

TH

That must hurt. Of course not. Bras are only for holding up your breasts when you stand up, to avoid sagging breasts later on in life.

NO

No

ON

only if you like to be uncomfortable all the time.

YE

yea so u dont get saggy bo.obs

ON

Only if you want to. And no, not wearing them doesn’t give you saggy breasts. That only happens after pregnancy.

IT

it’s all about whats comforable to you. there was a myth consering this, look it up i’m not about what the myth was just heard one!

BR

Bras were made by man , you ever see a man sleep with a bra?
Be free!

I

I wouldn’t recommend it, you feel pressure in your chest and you’ll probably have a restless sleep. I mean you can do it but I think sleeping without your bra would probably be more comfortable.

IM

im not sure if it is true or not but i herd that if you sleep without a bra your boobs get saggy

I

i do and it is perfectly comfortable.some arent. you can do what you want.

SO

some women especially large breasted women may find it more comfortable to sleep with a bra on. My neice does. Most women are more comfortable with out one at night. It is up to the individual women. There are actually bras designed for sleeping.

I

I am a firm believer in sleeping with a soft (no underwire) bra for a bit of support at night! Especially when developing. I do not know if it is a proven fact yet or not but it does help keep you well shaped.

I

I have had several breast operations and they said wear it ALL the time, but I dont think you have to if your not stuck like I am

IT

It’s a matter of personal preference. My wife never sleeps with one on. As she states “The girls need to be free.” Lol, I would say do what works for you.

NO

noit’s not good 4 u.

YO

you can if you want to…it will not cause breast cancer so don’t worry about that.

I

I do. I can’t stand the feeling of not wearing a bra. My breasts get sore if I don’t. But no, it is not necessary, and you will not get breast cancer if you do, and it won’t make them more perky if you do.

NO

no. if they’re painful around your period you may choose to wear one at night to avoid discomfort, but make sure it’s a comfortably fitting bra without an underwire.

IT

It’s not good for you and I usually take it off as soon as I can.

YO

You can if you want to. Doing it (or not doing it) will not have an affect on size, position, etc.

I

i do and i can only wear one with underwire it does not hurt u in any way orhter wise i would be in alot of pain right now i cant stad not having my bra on

NO

No its easier to have sex with it already off

TH

That is totally up to you. I like to sleep in my sports bra usually. If you do want to sleep in a bra, I’d opt for no underwire, no padding–preferably a sports bra.
