you may need to cleanse … you’re probably bloated from excess fecal matter that hasn’t left your body.
try taking fiber for a few days in powder or in pill form.
or go get a colonic.
try tumms it works
may be gas…try some gas medicine. or even midol even though it’s not close to your period it will probably help
